| Celebrate A Southern Tradition: The Kentucky Derby |
In honor of the Kentucky Derby,
Somerset will host a Southern-themed,
Kentucky Derby Progressive Dinner this year. So ladies, get out your
pretty summer dresses and wide-brimmed, “Southern Belle” hats, and
gentlemen, get out your brightly-colored Derby-wear.
We’ll enjoy Derby-themed
cocktails as well as a great variety of Southern Style food. So
come on out for a night to remember – meeting new neighbors, having
fun with old friends, and savoring some Southern Style culinary delights.
Here is a glimpse of what to expect…
- 1st Stop . Southern Style Appetizers & Derby Cocktails . 6:00 – 7:30
- 2nd Stop . Southern Style Dinner . 7:30 – 9:00
- 3rd Stop . Derby Dessert . 9:00

Please return your registration form along with your check (payable to SHOA) for $20 per person by Sunday, April 28, 2013. Checks should be made payable to SHOA and given to Jennifer Garrett - 3155 Hunterdon Court or Luz Diaz - 3370 Turtle Lake Drive. Your itinerary will be delivered a few days before the event. The number of participants will determine the locations of event.
PLEASE NOTE: This event is sponsored by the Somerset Homeowners’ Association. Your 2013 SHOA dues must be paid in order to participate in this event.
