About Somerset Subdivision

Somerset Subdivision is made up of approximately 325 homes in the East Cobb part of Marietta, Georgia.

Our amenities include tennis courts, a swim-competition-sized swimming pool, clubhouse, community green space, and Turtle Lake, which has boat access.

We are sandwiched between Lower Roswell Road and Shadowlawn Road, just off Paper Mill Road.

We are part of the Cobb County School District: Sope Creek Elementary is within walking distance; East Cobb Middle School and Wheeler High School are both about 2.5 miles away.

First developed in the early 1970s, Somerset is now filled with mature trees and landscaping providing seasonal beauty all year round; both modern and traditional architectural home styles; and a wide mix of residents, from young families to retirees.
