Clubhouse Usage Fees

All use of the Clubhouse must be scheduled with the clubhouse chairperson.  The request should be made as far in advance as possible to ensure desired dates are available. A request should not be considered to be booked until it has been confirmed by the clubhouse chairperson and checks for usage and deposit have been received.
  • $100 SHOA Swim/Tennis member
  • $150 SHOA member or outside Swim/Tennis member
  • $250.00 non-SHOA member Somerset resident/outside groups (SHOA member sponsor required)
  • $250.00 Refundable deposit

Bereavement Provision

The clubhouse may be used, free of charge, for a wake or other memorial service for a Somerset Homeowner’s Association (SHOA) member or member of their immediate family, with the following provisions:

  1. The SHOA membership of deceased/family must be current.
  2. The clubhouse may not be used for a visitation or funeral.
  3. Usage is subject to clubhouse availability; existing reservations take precedence.
  4. All other clubhouse usage rules and procedures, including deposits, apply.

The clubhouse can be rented to SHOA non-member residents  or outside groups if the event is sponsored and attended by a SHOA member.
